Information we collect
When you submit our request form we collect the contact details you provide (name, phone number, email, state, and approximate mortgage balance) solely to respond to your mortgage protection inquiry.
SMS terms
- Program: The Carmi Agency mortgage protection texts — customer care (appointment scheduling, confirmations, reminders, and answers to questions you ask us) and marketing messages about mortgage protection and related insurance products.
- How you opt in (written consent only): by checking the optional SMS box on our request form, or by texting QUOTE to (309) 239-1353. Consent is never collected by phone or verbally.
- Double opt-in: after either step we send one text asking you to reply YES. No other texts are sent until you reply YES.
- Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies (typically fewer than 10 messages per month).
- Reply STOP at any time to opt out permanently. Reply HELP for help.
- Messages are sent only between 9am and 8pm in your local time zone.
Sharing
We do not share, sell, or rent your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in, or consent data with any third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Your information is used only by The Carmi Agency to service your request, and with insurance carriers as required to prepare coverage you ask us to pursue.
